1.Can I order a sample to test? How about the delivery time?

Yes. Sample is offered for testing.

Leading time: 3-5 days after payment received .

2.As there is battery in the solar lamps,it is easy to ship it?

Yes, we have the MSDS for battery.Also, with long-term cooperated Forwarders who with experience in shipping products with battery.

3.What Kind battery do you use for solar lamp.

There are LifePO4 Battery and MnNiCO Lithium Battery for choosing.

LifePO4 battery is better choice for high-temperature ambient.

LiFePO4 is the safest, toughest and most cost effective form of lithium battery available today.

4.What is the lifetime of battery of solar street light?

As we know the lifetime of battery is limited as our mobile. If battery is full charged, and you use it few times one day, then you only need to charge it again after two days.If you use it a lot, then you have to charge it one day or sooner.

For our solar products, all battery normally are NCM battery with lifetime up to 1000 cycles. If you use 1 cycle one day, then the light will work well for 3 years without lighting performance compromised.

If we only use 50% of battery capacity, for example 30AH 12V (360WH), every day we only use 15AH 12V ( 130WH), then the light is supposed to work in good condition with a much longer lifetime up to 5~6 years.

5.Can the battery capacity increased?

Yes.The max power of battery for THOR is 2160WH with NCM battery and 680WH battery for HELIOS.

If you like to use 20W solar street light , but you think 24AH 12V battery is not big enough, then we can use 40AH 12V or 50AH 12V as big as you need. In this way, the biggest advantages of using bigger battery is the lifetime of light will be much extended for more years. And it will have a much better battery autonomy. It can work well continuously in rainy days.

6. What is the cable distance between lamp an solar panel?

Default length is 2M 2.5mm2 MC4 cable.It can be extended to 15~20 meters if you need.

8.Are there MOQ request for solar lamps?

Zhongtai Lighting is a running well factory ,there are thousands pcs of all kind of solar lights are produced every day.

Normally there are materials ready in stock for hundreds pcs. So we never set a MOQ requirement for any models of lights. You can start to try our quality easily.

9.OEM Service is available?

Yes. We can print your logo on product (Free of charge)

But if need to print logo on color box,there is a MOQ request >500PCS/ order.

if quantity is less than 500pcs, there will be an extra cost 350usd for extra color box that you are supposed to pay as a "deposit", then next time for second order when total quantity reaches to 500pcs, we will refund this 350usd to you in time

11. How to choose the suitable solar lamps for my project ? All in one or All in two solar lamps?

Due to the housing size limitation,All in One solar street light solar panel & battery capacity is limited too. It always comes with Motion Sensor. And work by 30% + 100% for 12hrs only. Can not be 6hrs 100% +6hrs 50% or 12hrs 100% brightness.So,If energy saving mode is workable for your project, can choose All in one type.

All in Two solar lamps working mode can be customized, up to 12hrs 100% brightness. It is more suitable for Mid&High End projects. If you have such projects, please contact our sales person to provide suitable solution and products accordingly.
